CHALLENGE

The Visiting Nurse Service of New York was a marketing leader among referral sources and consumers did not know the brand. Given patients’ increasing role in making health care decisions, VNSNY needed to become a demand brand among consumers.


SOLUTION

None of us want to think of aging, injury, Alzheimer’s, or terminal illness until we absolutely have to.  When that moment finally arrives, all we can think is: Now What? Our campaign for the Visiting Nurse Service of New York is based on that “Now What?” moment. Each execution focuses on a single problem: elder care, diabetes, physical therapy, post-surgical care, hospice, etc. But together they build a picture of VSNY as the one place to turn for answers.


Launched in August 2008, the “Now What?” campaign has raised awareness of the VSNY brand to 90% and increased consideration by over 60%.
